THE PROCESS

The first step is to get in touch! After we have discussed what artwork you are looking for and decided to work together I will send you a contract and deposit invoice before starting on a design. Once preliminary sketches are shared and approved, I move onto the final piece. Upon completion I will send you photos for your review. The piece is then packaged up to be delivered to you and an invoice for the remaining total (including applicable shipping costs) must be paid before the work is shipped/picked up. Further details on the process are provided in the menu to the right.

Please note, the process is slightly different for murals and custom product artwork, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to discuss!

  • Use this contact form to get in touch and tell me about your hopes for a custom piece. Please include as much information as you can, including sizing, and inspiration from my previous work as well as photos of your space. I will be in touch to let you know if your project is a good fit for my studio and we can discuss the details. I will then send you a quote and agreement including a proposed timeline. If you have a specific deadline in mind please include that in your message and I will do my best to accommodate!

  • Once we have discussed the details of the project, you’ll receive an agreement to sign along with an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total price. I will then begin sketches for your piece for your approval. Once the final pieces is completed and you have reviewed photos, I will get in touch with shipping + handling costs and send you a link for the final payment, which will include the remaining 50% of the total artwork price + the applicable shipping costs.

  • My goal is to align with you in creating a piece that you will love from the beginning. I typically send 2-3 sketches of the artwork I plan to create in order for you to choose which composition you like best and request any small changes you would like to be made before I begin on the final piece. Once the final painting in complete I will send photos for your review before shipping costs are determined.

  • Shipping + Handling costs are determined at the time of project completion and included in the link to be paid by you, the collector. If you are local to Salem, MA, we can arrange for pickup/delivery of your artwork!
